Because we want everyone on the same page, we require anyone without extensive CrossFit experience to enroll in our Fundamentals program. It is 6 courses over the span of 3 weeks. During these 3 weeks, we also allow access to our BootCamp so that you get awesome workouts along the way. Options will be discussed during your initial “no sweat intro”.See more about Fundamentals
