Clinics are a great opportunity for our athletes to get a more “in-depth” look at some of the things we do at Down Home. They will generally be scheduled on Saturday mornings before the group workout, but they may also pop up at other times. They will generally be 1 hour in length and will cover topics such as “nutrition”, “Olympic weightlifting”, “running technique and considerations”, and a host of others. Take advantage of these Clinics to get the most out of your health and fitness.
